Social Networking icons including FaceBook and Twitter are displayed automatically on Product Detail pages and may be added to Category Pages and Custom Pages.
Loyalty Rewards
Customers can earn “Rewards Points” for purchases made at your web store. Points are accumulated and redeemed for Gift Certificates that can be applied to future purchases. Points earned are customizable as “% of order value”. Redemption of points can be set to honor a minimum threshold. Automatic e-mail reminders can be sent periodically.
Tell A Friend
Customers can e-mail Product Detail pages to others.
Product Reviews
Product Reviews offer a zero-labor-required method of creating unique and fresh content on your web store by having your customers do all the work! Shop Site can be configured to allow any of your site visitors to post Product Reviews or it may be configured to only accept Product Reviews from customers who have purchased the Product from your store. The latter are solicited using Order Follow-up e-mails that are sent automatically 14 days after shipment of the Product. Product Reviews may also be incentivized, motivating customers to participate and write honest, positive reviews. Finally, customers may include a photo to be displayed with their Product Review. All reviews solicited or not, must be approved by the store owner prior to being displayed on the web site.
Multiple Product Images
You can upload as many product images as necessary for each product in your catalog. Thumbnails for all additional images are displayed on the product detail page. MouseOver or clicking on a thumbnail causes the immediate view of the Large image on the Product Detail page.
“See All Products from this Manufacturer”
Product Detail pages display a link driving customers to see other products from the manufacturer of the Product they are currently viewing.
Browse “Next, Previous, All” Item in this Category
Product Detail pages include navigation allowing customers to easily browse through all of the items in the current Category.
Digital Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are the ideal solution when you’re looking for a gift for that hard to shop for friend or relative. Now customers can buy and redeem gift certificates in your online store.
Digital Coupons
Shop Site digital coupons allow you to provide discounts to entice new shoppers and reward loyal shoppers. You can send coupon links in e-mail advertisements and can offer discounts like “10% Off”, “Save $5 on your order”, or even “Free Shipping!”. Coupons can be linked to individual products, or to everything the shopper buys, and can even be assigned to specific registered customers or groups of customers.
Free Shipping (OV, per-item)
Free Shipping can be offered based upon Order Value (OV) or on a Per-Item basis.
Fixed-Cost (Reduced) Shipping per item
Using Shipping Overrides, you can offer reduced or zero shipping costs, independent of your normal shipping calculations.
Opt-in e-mail Marketing
Customers are provided with easy access to subscribing or Unsubscribing from your mailing lists. All e-mails include easy-Unsubscribe links in compliance with Anti-SPAM laws. Store owners are notified by e-mail when customers Unsubscribe and Unsubscribes originating from e-mail campaigns are logged within the campaign.
Affiliate Tracking / Limiting
Shop Site offers support for integration with Affiliate Future providing Product Feeds and Order tracking. Shop Site also utilizes proprietary logic ensuring that commissions are paid only on eligible orders.
Search Logging
All searches made by customers are logged and may be reviewed by the store owner.
Product VIEW logging (Most Popular Reporting)
Product views are logged and may be reviewed by the store owner. In addition to that, a link to the “Most Viewed” products is available to visitors of the store.
Wish List
Registered Customers can build Wish Lists that are saved indefinitely. Shop Site may be configured to send HTML formatted e-mails reminding customers about Products they have on their Wish List.
Customizable “Sale Price” Label per item
In addition to the default “Sale Price” label set Store-wide, individual Products may be configured to display a customized Sale Price label.
Unlimited Product Options (w/ price adjustment)
Products can have an unlimited number of “Options” attached to them. Each option can have its’ own Name, image, weight adjustment, and price adjustment.
All Catalog (Category and Product) pages index able by search engines
Shop Site’s Product Detail Pages and Category Pages are designed with Search Engine Optimization in mind. All pages include the option to specify unique title text, META keywords, and META descriptions.
“In-Stock” message on Item Detail Page
Shop Site displays a customizable “In Stock” icon in the Buy Box re-assuring customers that the product they want is available. When Products are not in stock, a Shopping Cart icon is displayed encouraging customers to place their order and wait until the Product becomes available for delivery.
“Out of Stock” + “Expected Delivery” message on Item Detail Page
In cases where Products are out of stock, Shop Site clearly states this and displays the earliest expected delivery date and quantity expected based on open Purchase Orders.
