Order History
Customers can view their entire order history, including tracking information and order details by logging into their account. A summary of their most recent orders are displayed on the My Account screen with links to Order Details. A complete listing of orders may be following the “View All Orders” link.
Guest Accounts, Registered Accounts
Customers are NOT required to create an account to complete their purchase. At the start of the Checkout Process, customers are directed to “Continue as Guest” unless they are a Returning Registered Customer. “Guest Account” customers are offered the opportunity to upgrade to a “Registered Account” at the end of the checkout process.
Paid/Free Membership Benefits
MEI Shop Site provides “Membership” as a powerful customer loyalty tool. Memberships may be offered a “Paid Memberships” in which the customer purchases their membership at the time of order and immediately begins enjoying benefits of membership as defined by you (i.e. discounts, bonus points, etc) or Memberships may be offered at no charge. No charge memberships may be activated manually by you or customers can sign-up online.
Group Based Discounts
Customer Groups can be defined by you, and customers may be assigned to one or more of these groups. Discounts can be set up and limited to specific groups.
Group Based Loyalty Rewards
Similar to Group Based Discounts, Loyalty Rewards may be awarded in different amounts based upon Group membership.
Opt In/Out of e-mail subscription
Customers can Opt-in or Opt-out of your mailing list at any time by either: Clicking on an Unsubscribe link in any e-mail sent to them, Clicking on the Unsubscribe Me link on their My Account screen, or entering their e-mail address and clicking Unsubscribe button on the e-mail list screen. MEI Shop Site adheres to all necessary Anti-SPAM practices ensuring that your mailing lists are built properly, enjoy maximum open rates and persistent subscriptions.
Item Review history
The complete history of Product Reviews including Date Submitted, Approval Status, Rating, Associated Order Number and Gift Certificate Reward Status.
Store Review History
The complete history of Store Reviews including Date Submitted, Approval Status, Visible on Site Status, and Associated Order Number.
Gift Certificates Purchased History
The complete history of Gift Certificates purchased for others including Date of Purchase, Purchase Note, Date Sent, and Balance.
Gift Certificates Received History
The complete history of Gift Certificates received from others including Date of Purchase, Purchase Note, Date Sent, and Balance.
