Use RSS Feeds (Really Simple Synidcation) to distribute important content and information about your business. Post product suggestions, sales, events, and other things worthy of not to your RSS Feed so your customers can keep up to date on what’s happening at your store. RSS Feeds are integrated with Social Networking including Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr keeping your pages on those site fresh and filled with current content.
Deal of the Day
Keep your customers coming back every day with a great offer than changes daily. Use Deal of the Day to automatically select a new product from your catalog and make it today’s Deal of the Day. E-mail notifications, RSS Feed updates, and Social Networking posts announcing your new Deal of the Day are all sent automatically.
Fundraising
Along with “going green”, being socially responsible is a powerful tool for building customer loyalty. Using Fundraising to donate a portion of your sales to various charities (selected by you and your customers) is a sure-fire way to “close the deal” with many customers as well as bring them back for future purchases.
Fundraising may also be used to build private communities of customers (i.e. Schools, churches, non-profit groups, etc.) who will make you their first buying choice when they realize that every time they make a purchase, you’ll donate a portion of the sale to “their” school or organization.
Loyalty Rewards
Customers can earn “Rewards Points” for purchases made at your web store. Points are accumulated and redeemed for Gift Certificates that can be applied to future purchases. Points earned are customizable as “% of order value”. Redemption of points can be set to honor a minimum threshold. Automatic e-mail reminders can be sent periodically.
Come Back Reminders (Optionally Incentivized)
E-mails are sent to customers who have not made additional purchases. Time elapsed between “Last Purchase” and “Come Back Reminder” is configurable by you. Reminders are sent continuously based on the period set by you. Come Back Reminders are optionally incentivized with digital coupons offering discounts on a future orders.

Birthday Reminders (Optionally Incentivized)
Customers may enter up to six (6) Birthday Reminders on their account. Birthday Reminders include the Name, Gender, and Date of Birth for each “Birthday Person”. Prior to each person’s birthday, a Birthday Reminder is sent to the customer reminding them about the birthday. This reminder includes a Shop Site Exclusive – Intelligent Product Recommendations: a list of Products selected from the top selling Products in your catalog that are Age & Gender Appropriate for the Birthday person. Incentives including Coupons or Gift Certificates are optionally generated and included with the e-mail.
Refer-A-Friend
Shop Site leverages the power of “Viral Marketing” in many ways including Refer-A-Friend. Customers can send incentivized referrals to their friends and family and both parties may be rewarded with Coupons and Gift Certificates. Controls over who may send referrals (existing customers, customers with minimum # of orders placed, etc.) are configurable by you. E-mail notification of referrals is sent to the site owner to monitor them.
Wish List Reminders
Customers who have Products in their Wish Lists are sent Wish List Reminder e-mail periodically. Wish Lists can easily be sent to friends and family via e-mail.

Product Reviews offer a zero-labor-required method of creating unique and fresh content on your web store by having your customers do all the work! Shop Site can be configured to allow any of your site visitors to post Product Reviews or it may be configured to only accept Product Reviews from customers who have purchased the Product from your store. The latter are solicited using Order Follow-up e-mails that are sent automatically 14 days after shipment of the Product. Product Reviews may also be incentivized, motivating customers to participate and write honest, positive reviews. Finally, customers may include a photo to be displayed with their Product Review. All reviews solicited or not, must be approved by the store owner prior to being displayed on the web site.
Upgrade to Registered Account from Guest Account (Optionally Incentivized)
Shop Site automatically sends e-mail to customers with Guest Accounts inviting them to upgrade their accounts to Registered Accounts. These e-mails optionally include incentives (Coupons) for completing the simple, one-step process.
Unlimited E-Mail Templates and Filter Recipients
Shop Site offers pre-formatted e-mail templates ready to be populated with your copy and images. All templates can easily include Products from your catalog. E-mails are sent to your Customer database using Targeting Filters limiting selection to Group(s) and Product Categories.

This powerful Shop Site exclusive provides unlimited design flexibility when customizing the Left Menu of your web store. Left Menu Advertisements support HTML and are configurable to appear above or below the static output menu choices (Featured Categories, Featured Custom Pages, and System Links).

Persistent Carts
Shop Site maintains Persistent Carts through the use of cookies. When a customer abandons their shopping cart, a record of the cart is stored in the Shop Site database and a cookie is planted in the customer’s computer linking back to their cart. When the customer next visits your site, their cart is pre-loaded with the items they left in it during their last visit with current prices.
Promotion Marketing (Checkout Process, Summary Page)
The Isolated Checkout process provided by Shop Site may be enhanced with the use of “Promotion Marketing”. “Promotions” may be configured with creatives, copy and links to Custom Pages, Categories, Product Detail Pages or external web site.
